Lou's Room | 'Kamber di Shon Lou'

On top of the large, mahogany secretaire there is a drawer, covered with carvings of flowers and leaves. It has also two finals at the front corners. The decorated corners form a separate part of the wardrobe (it is not connected with the sides).

The drawers are made of two pieces of mahogany, cut form the same piece of wood and put together mirrorwise. The drop-front is made of four pieces of mahogany, also cut from one piece of wood and put together mirrorwise in all directions. Inside there is one big and several small drawers. Unfortunately the desk has been damaged. It was probably made at the turn of the century.
